What does it cost to list with you?

Commission is discussed up front in the first conversation, before you commit to anything. That first conversation carries no obligation.

How do you price my property?

Comparables first, like everyone. Then two numbers most agents can't produce: what your property would cost to build today, and what it is worth as a project to a developer. On multi-families and larger lots, that last number is frequently the biggest of the three.

Should I sell it or rent it out?

That is exactly the first thing we work through with you. You get the sale number and the rental number side by side, and our honest read on which we would take.

How fast can you fill my rental?

Greater Boston runs on the September 1 calendar, so it depends on timing. We will tell you the realistic days-to-lease for your unit and when to list it.
