Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Choose Boston LLC(“Choose Boston”, “we”), a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker at 4 Payne Street, Boston, MA 02122. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and when and with whom we share it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry, valuation request or careers form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the answers you give about what you are looking for, how you heard about us, and your consent to be contacted. If you ask about a property, we record its address.
• Where the inquiry came from. The page you submitted from, the agent whose page you were on, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link that brought you here.
• Usage information. Pages viewed, the referring site, and interactions such as button clicks, collected in aggregate to understand how the site performs. Our own analytics do not store your IP address and do not set cookies. Our hosting provider also measures page traffic and loading performance.
• Account information. Our agents and staff sign in to private areas of the site. Visitors do not need an account to browse or search listings.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services.
• To contact you by phone, email or text where you have agreed to it. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or writing to us.
• To route your inquiry to the right Choose Boston agent.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a broker.

When and with whom we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only:

• Within the brokerage — with the Choose Boston agents and staff handling your inquiry.
• With service providers who process it on our behalf under their own confidentiality obligations: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), email delivery (Resend), and staff sign-in (Clerk). Address lookups on our forms are relayed through our server to a mapping provider, and map views load map tiles from OpenStreetMap.
• With other parties to a transaction — such as another broker, an attorney or a lender — when you ask us to, or when it is needed to carry out a transaction you have engaged us for.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our agents or the public.

Property listings

Browsing and searching listings does not require you to register or give us any personal information.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a broker. Information is encrypted in transit and stored with access limited to authorized staff.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing chooseboston@gmail.com or calling (978) 809-1685. This site is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
