What we built
Our largest rental asset to date and the first we intend to hold rather than sell. Twenty-four units over ground-floor commercial, currently in framing.
Holding rather than selling changes every decision upstream: mechanical specification, finish durability, unit mix. Agents on the team sit in on those reviews, which is the fastest way we know to teach someone what actually drives value in a building.
Lease-up begins next spring and will be run in-house.
