What we built
The existing building was structurally sound and architecturally worth keeping, which is rarer than the market assumes. We retained the street facade and rebuilt the interior structure entirely.
Six units, two per floor, with a rear addition that squares off a previously unusable footprint. The project is the one we send new agents to when we want them to understand the difference between renovation and development.
